Morning Stats

Yang/firing up:

  • high-five in the mirror
  • stood on one leg while brushing teeth, to activate glutes
  • one hour 20 min run with hill sprints and a tempo run
  • 45 minutes of grip, shoulder, and core work

Yin/cooling down:

  • morning mantra: “My body is rested and my mind is clear. Today is going to be a spectacular day.”
  • 3 minute meditation
  • 20 minutes of dynamic stretching

Evening Update

  • 4 minute Hypervolt muscle massage session
  • 10 minute guided Yoga Nidra session
