Day 26: Woohoo!

I’m grateful to be in Utah with friends, getting ready to do a pretty big race tomorrow!

Morning stats

Yang/firing up:

  • high-five in the mirror
  • stood on one leg while brushing teeth, to activate glutes
  • cold shower

  • 30 minute run with strides

Yin/cooling down:

  • morning mantra “Today I breathe in joy and breathe out stress.”
  • 2 minute meditation
  • no social media until 10am
