Day 12: Making Progress

In less than two weeks, I’m already doing significantly more push-ups and pullups, but even more important, my focus feels improved, thanks to meditation, earthing, and getting top priorities done earlier in the day. Good energy, good vibes. Thanks for reading this and helping to hold me accountable!

Morning Stats

Yang/firing up:

  • high-five in the mirror
  • stood on one leg while brushing teeth, to activate glutes
  • cold shower

  • one hour cross train (spin bike with a bit of incline treadmill hiking)
  • pullups 3 x 14, 11, 9 (34 total)
  • pushups 3 x 17 (51 total)

Yin/cooling down:

  • morning mantra: “I have enough time and energy for everything I need and want to do today.”
  • 2 minute meditation
  • 8 minute foam roll
  • 6 minute Hypervolt muscle massager
  • 5 minutes yoga (on the carpet in the hallway, listening to my daughter sing and splash in the bathtub)
