Day 25: Rest, Rock, ‘n’ Roll
Resting up for a race in two days means less yang/working out and more yin/recharging! I’m deep-cleaning the house we’ve been housesitting/dogsitting at, but I’m pacing myself, adding extra rest time in between tasks.
Morning stats
Yang/firing up:
- high-five in the mirror
- stood on one leg while brushing teeth, to activate glutes
- cold shower

Yin/cooling down:
- morning mantra: “I’m grateful for the wonderful people in my life. Today will be a great day. I will spread love.”
- 4 minute meditation
- 10 minutes of earthing
- 15 minutes of stretching/yoga
- no social media until 9am
