Day 32: Celebrate Small Victories
Incremental progress adds up over time, so today I’m celebrating small victories, such doing one more pull-up, three more pushups, and one more minute of meditation.
Morning Stats
Yang/firing up:
- high-five in the mirror
- stood on one leg, to activate glutes
- cold shower

- one hour run on treadmill
- one hour of strength training, including pullups: 3 x 14, 12, 10 (36 total) and pushups: 3 x 20 (60 total)
Yin/cooling:
- morning mantra: “I take full responsibility for my life.”
- 5 minute meditation (my longest ever!)
- 8 minutes of earthing
- 15 minutes of stretching mobility work
- 10 minutes of cupping
