Day 32: Celebrate Small Victories

Incremental progress adds up over time, so today I’m celebrating small victories, such doing one more pull-up, three more pushups, and one more minute of meditation.

Morning Stats

Yang/firing up:

  • high-five in the mirror
  • stood on one leg, to activate glutes
  • cold shower

  • one hour run on treadmill
  • one hour of strength training, including pullups: 3 x 14, 12, 10 (36 total) and pushups: 3 x 20 (60 total)

Yin/cooling:

  • morning mantra: “I take full responsibility for my life.”
  • 5 minute meditation (my longest ever!)
  • 8 minutes of earthing
  • 15 minutes of stretching mobility work
  • 10 minutes of cupping
