Morning Stats
Yang/firing up:
- high-five in the mirror (first thing in the morning at 3:40am and then again in the airport mirror)
- stood on one leg while brushing teeth, to activate glutes
- cold shower
- One hour run with hill strides
Yin/cooling down:
- Morning mantra: “My body is rested and my mind is clear. Today is gong to be a great day.”
- 3 minutes of meditation
- 45 minutes of yoga/stretching
- 20 minutes of earthing
