Day 53

After feeling exhausted yesterday, I slept for 12 straight hours – feeling rejuvenated! Back in Colorado.

Morning Stats:

Yang/firing up:

  • High five in the mirror
  • Stood on one leg while brushing teeth, to activate glutes
  • Cold shower
  • 30 minute run with some strides
  • 25 minute strength training

Yin/cooling down:

  • “My body is rested and my mind is clear. Today is going to be a great day.”
  • 2 minute meditation
  • 5 minutes of stretching
