Day 53
After feeling exhausted yesterday, I slept for 12 straight hours – feeling rejuvenated! Back in Colorado.
Morning Stats:
Yang/firing up:
- High five in the mirror
- Stood on one leg while brushing teeth, to activate glutes
- Cold shower
- 30 minute run with some strides
- 25 minute strength training
Yin/cooling down:
- “My body is rested and my mind is clear. Today is going to be a great day.”
- 2 minute meditation
- 5 minutes of stretching
