Morning Stats

Yang/firing up:

  • high-five in the mirror
  • stood on one leg while brushing teeth, to activate glutes
  • cold shower
  • two and a half hour mountain trail run

Yin/cooling down:

  • morning mantra: “My body is rested and my mind is clear. Today is going to be a lovely day.”
  • 3 minute meditation
  • 7 minutes of dynamic stretching
  • 6 minutes of static stretching
