Yang/firing up:

- 40 minutes in electronic massage/compression pants
- 5 minutes of foam rolling
- 4 minutes of Trigger Point Therapy mobility work
- 5 minutes of dynamic stretching
Yin/cooling down:
- high-five in the mirror
- stood on one leg while brushing teeth, to activate glutes
- cold shower
- 45 minute Higher Ground Athletics strength training
