Morning Stats

Yang/firing up:

  • morning mantra: “My body is rested and my mind is clear. Today is going to be a fantastic day.”
  • 16 minutes of Hypervolt massage therapy
  • 40 minutes in electronic massage/compression pants
  • 5 minutes of foam rolling
  • 4 minutes of Trigger Point Therapy mobility work
  • 5 minutes of dynamic stretching

Yin/cooling down:

  • high-five in the mirror
  • stood on one leg while brushing teeth, to activate glutes
  • cold shower
  • 45 minute Higher Ground Athletics strength training

Evening Update

  • Epsom salt bath
  • 4 minutes of static stretching
