Day 90

Morning Stats

Yang/firing up:

  • high-five in the mirror
  • stood on one leg while brushing teeth, to activate glutes
  • cold shower (well, my legs, at least, on my friend’s partially-finished outdoor shower on her new piece of land, nearly off the grid)
  • two and a half hour run

Yin/cooling down:

  • morning mantra: “My body is rested and my mind is clear. Today is going to be a fantastic day.”
  • 4 minute meditation
  • 6 minutes of dynamic stretching
  • 20 minute recovery soak in cold mountain river water
