Morning Stats

Yang/firing up:

  • high-five in the mirror
  • stood on one leg while brushing teeth, to activate glutes
  • cold shower
  • one hour hike

Yin/cooling down:

  • morning mantra: “My body is rested and my mind is clear. Today is going to be a fantastic day.”
  • 2 minute meditation
  • 10 minute guided Yoga Nidra session
  • 10 minutes of earthing with my legs in a cold mountain river (for muscle recovery)
  • 17 minutes in a hottub
