Morning Stats
Yang/firing up:
- high-five in the mirror
- stood on one leg while brushing teeth, to activate glutes
- cold shower
- one hour hike
Yin/cooling down:
- morning mantra: “My body is rested and my mind is clear. Today is going to be a fantastic day.”
- 2 minute meditation
- 10 minute guided Yoga Nidra session
- 10 minutes of earthing with my legs in a cold mountain river (for muscle recovery)
- 17 minutes in a hottub
