Grateful for runs in gorgeous places!

Morning Stats

Yang/firing up:

  • high-five in the mirror
  • stood on one leg while brushing teeth, to activate glutes
  • cold shower
  • one hour and nine minute run
  • 15 minutes of grip work

Yin/cooling down:

  • morning mantra: “My body is rested and my mind is clear. Today is going to be a spectacular day.”
  • 6 minutes of dynamic stretching
  • 4 minute meditation

Day 72

Morning Stats

Yang/firing up:

  • high-five in the mirror
  • stood on one leg while brushing teeth, to activate glutes
  • cold shower
  • hour and a half run (with speed intervals)
  • 25 minutes of intense strength training

Yin/cooling down:

  • morning mantra: “My body is rested and my mind is clear. Today is going to be a stupendous day.”
  • 4 minute meditation
  • 10 minutes dynamic stretching/yoga
  • 75 minute massage therapy

  • 6 minutes sauna/steam room
