Morning Stats
Yang/firing up:
- high-five in the mirror
- stood on one leg while brushing teeth, to activate glutes
- cold shower
- two hour mountain trail run with a tempo effort worked in
Yin/cooling down:
- morning mantra: “My body is rested and my mind is clear. Today is going to be a stellar day.”
- 5 minutes of dynamic stretching
- 7 minutes of foam rolling
- 2 minute meditation
- ten minutes of earthing/recovery for muscles by sitting in cold mountain river water
- 15 minutes in hot tub
