  • 2 minute meditation
  • 4 minutes of dynamic stretching

Day 86

  • one hour run with speed intervals
  • one hour strength training/mobility work

  • 2 minute meditation

Day 85

  • stood in cold mountain river water for ten minutes to help leg muscles recover
  • relaxed in hot tub for 15 minutes

  • hour and a half run, six hill strides
  • one hour Higher Ground Athletics strength/mobility work

  • 2 minute meditation
  • 5 minutes of Hypervolt massage
  • 6 minutes of dynamic stretching

Day 83

  • two hour mountain trail run with a tempo effort worked in

  • 7 minutes of foam rolling
  • 2 minute meditation
  • ten minutes of earthing/recovery for muscles by sitting in cold mountain river water
  • 15 minutes in hot tub
