Day 55

Adjusting to living at high altitude (9500 feet) and in a new town. Giving myself grace.

Living in Keystone, CO for three months – looking forward to training on new trails!

After feeling exhausted yesterday, I slept for 12 straight hours – feeling rejuvenated! Back in Colorado.
