Morning Stats

Yang/firing up:

  • stood on one leg while brushing teeth, to activate glutes

  • One hour run with six hill strides
  • One hour strength training session

Yin/cooling down:

  • morning mantra “Today holds limitless possibilities.”
  • 3 minutes of earthing

Evening Update

  • 2 minute meditation (I feel a difference in my day if I do this in the morning, so that is my goal – to always do it in the morning, even if t’s a hectic travel day.)
