Morning Stats
Yang/firing up:

Yin/cooling down:
- morning mantra “Today holds limitless possibilities.”

Evening Update
- 2 minute meditation (I feel a difference in my day if I do this in the morning, so that is my goal – to always do it in the morning, even if t’s a hectic travel day.)
