Day 21: The Power of Habit
Some say it takes 21 days to form a habit, and I must say, my new morning routine is feeling quite normal and easy to do now, without much thought!
Morning Stats
Yang/firing up:
- high-five in the mirror
- stood on one leg while brushing teeth, to activate glutes
- cold shower
- one hour run plus a short sandbag carry
Yin/cooling down:
- morning mantra: “Hurray for another day. Good things will come to me today.”
- 4 minute meditation
- 30 minutes of earthing
Evening stats
- 45 minute strength training session, with 3 x 20 pushups
