Morning Stats
Yang/firing up:
- high-five in the mirror
- stood on one leg while brushing teeth, to activate glutes
- cold shower
Yin/cooling down:
- morning mantra: “My body is rested and my mind is clear. Today is going to be a great day.”
- 12 minutes of earthing
- 3 minute meditation
Evening update
- one hour of earthing (feet in the sand at the beach)
- 10 minutes of standing in cold, hip-high Puget Sound water
