Morning Stats
Yang/firing up:
- High-five in the mirror
- Stood on one leg while brushing teeth, to activate glutes
- Cold shower
- One hour and 55 minute mountain trail run
Yin/cooling down:
- Morning mantra: “Today is a new chapter, and I’m ready for it.”
- 8 minutes of dynamic stretching
- 2 minute meditation
