Morning Stats
Yang/firing up:
- high-five in mirror
- stood on one leg while brushing teeth, to activate glutes
- cold shower
- 90 minute run with hill sprints
- 45 minutes of Higher Ground strength/mobility work
Yin/cooling down:
- morning mantra: “My body is rested and my mind is clear. Today is going to be a spectacular day.”
- 2 minute meditation
- 2 minute foam roll
- 7 minutes of dynamic stretching/yoga
