- stood on one leg while brushing teeth, to activate glutes
- cold shower
- 90 minute hike

- morning mantra: “ my body is rested in my mind is clear. Today’s going to be a wonderful day.”
- 2 minute meditation
- 8 minutes of dynamic stretching
