Morning Stats
Yang/firing up:
- high-five in the mirror
- stood on one leg while brushing teeth, to activate glutes
- one hour 20 min run with hill sprints and a tempo run
- 45 minutes of grip, shoulder, and core work
Yin/cooling down:
- morning mantra: “My body is rested and my mind is clear. Today is going to be a spectacular day.”
- 3 minute meditation
- 20 minutes of dynamic stretching
Evening Update
- 4 minute Hypervolt muscle massage session
- 10 minute guided Yoga Nidra session
