Day 25: Rest, Rock, ‘n’ Roll

Resting up for a race in two days means less yang/working out and more yin/recharging! I’m deep-cleaning the house we’ve been housesitting/dogsitting at, but I’m pacing myself, adding extra rest time in between tasks.

Day 24: Hungry For More

Meditating, earthing, and listening to motivational videos in the morning has felt so good that I often find myself wanting to do a bit more in the afternoon or evening, if I can squeeze any time in to do it during the busyness of everyday life.

Day 23: Keep Going

  • 10 minutes of earthing

Day 22: Becoming A Better You

Day 21: The Power of Habit

Some say it takes 21 days to form a habit, and I must say, my new morning routine is feeling quite normal and easy to do now, without much thought!
