Day 27: Time to Shine

Morning stats

Yang/firing up:

  • high-five in the mirror
  • stood on one leg while brushing teeth, to activate glutes
  • Raced a 13-mile Spartan race up a mountain, with 30 obstacles (and finished – my first podium finish of my 40’s!)

Yin/cooling down:

  • morning mantra “Today will be the best race of my life.”
  • 2 minute meditation
  • 1 minute of earthing
  • 10 minutes of mobility working/scraping/cupping
  • no social media until 10am
