Day 27: Time to Shine
Morning stats
Yang/firing up:
- high-five in the mirror
- stood on one leg while brushing teeth, to activate glutes
- Raced a 13-mile Spartan race up a mountain, with 30 obstacles (and finished – my first podium finish of my 40’s!)
Yin/cooling down:
- morning mantra “Today will be the best race of my life.”
- 2 minute meditation
- 1 minute of earthing
- 10 minutes of mobility working/scraping/cupping
- no social media until 10am
